• Canadian Forces Member Assistance Line (CFMAP) > 1-800-268-7708 – Confidential 24 Hour service, a counsellor from the Members Assistance Program will put you in contact with a wide variety of organizations and professionals
   
• The Support Network  > 211 (for families living in Edmonton) > 482-4636 (all other areas north of Edmonton – including Married Quarters) – this is an information and referral line that helps with problem solving and ensuring that the best resources are chosen.
