What Every Babysitter Should Know
Saturday, June 23; 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost $40. Register by June 20

A special course for youths 11+ years of age designed to teach babysitting, leadership and first aid skills in a fun and informative way.

Youth Advisory Committee
Feel like having a say in what goes on in the MFRC Edge Youth Centre? Then join the "Youth Advisory Committee! Elections will be held in September, but you must let staff know if you are interested starting August 15. So come on out and join the YAC and make a difference!

The EDGE Youth Centre exists to provide structured and non-structured programs, social opportunities and leisure activities for youth between the ages of nine & 17 of military families of the Edmonton Garrison.

The MFRC’s “Edge Youth Centre” is the place for military teens and pre-teens to hang out, watch videos, use the computer station, play games and discuss issues that pertain to today’s military youth. Check below for some upcoming events this summer.

The EDGE Youth Centre has lots to offer kids of all ages! We have a pool table; bubble hockey; foosball; air hockey; video games consoles (PlayStation, X-Box), big-screen TV, and a fully-stocked canteen.

All EDGE programming and events are fully supervised. We provide teens with valuable volunteer experience. We also have an active Youth Advisory Committee and teen volunteers who help out at many events on base.
